What is coaching?

Coaching is a solution-focused powerful conversation with a client (coachee) that helps him/her become aware of the choices and resources one has and can access to, at any point of time, thereby making a person more creative in terms of finding actions/solutions for his goals/problems in life.

Can I book an Intake Session?

Yes, Of course. The intake session will help you understand the session structure, expectations of the coach and the client, pre-coaching work, session duration, confidentiality, willingness and so on.

How many coaching sessions are required to achieve a goal?

Coaching is an evolving process. Number of sessions depend on the requirement and choice of the client.

What will be the mode of conversation?

It depends on the client. Face-to-face conversations are always great to do. However, considering the ongoing Pandemic Online mode (video/audio call) is preferred, and works equally well.

What is the duration of the session?

An ideal coaching session is of approx. 45 minutes to max.1 hour to stay focused on the desired outcome.

What are your fees?

All my sessions currently are free of cost.
